I order Knots Landing DVDs about two months ago. It has been two months and it never came. I am so ****ing pissed off. I originally believed them when they said it was on back order. When I read all the complaints, I really caught on to your scheme. I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for weeks. But they never came. This is ****ing ridiculous! You F***ing ripped me off!!! I paid a little over $130 and I never got my DVDs!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! I want my money back! I hope you are put away for a long time! 35b3eae

Hey man, I feel for you, but don't drive yourself crazy. Recount for us what happened when you called them back / emailed them. Any response?  

 

Have you researched their company to see who their CEO is? Tried to contact them?  

 

You can often do a WHOIS search on a website to find who owns the domain and then you have name and phone number of owner, and can hassle them that way... 

 

Just some ideas.
