They need to be investigated and prosecuted (can anyone advise which agency does this in the USA, and where we report online fraud?)?. I have also lodged a complaint with Moneybookers for facilitating a fraudulent operator. 35b3e9e

Then the site disappeard. They said on their site if a DVD is defective, they would send another. Well, they haven't responded since I told them I have a defective DVD that the voices don't coincide with the lip movement. Plus, a lot of loud static. What can I do? |
| 4. Written by Miranda W. on June 15, 2010 The same thing happened to me. I was ordering my grandpa the dean martin set too and boy meets world for myself. I can't believe this has happened.. I've never had trouble buying online. I had no idea anything was even wrong until I noticed I was charged and their website no longer existed. I don't understand what kind of person does this. I suggest you all contact your credit card company (if you haven't already) and they should dispute it. God Bless. |

I have emailed numerous time and found a number which I also called but still nothing. I'm very upset too about this, as they took my money so quickly and left me with no product. If anyone knows the best way to fight against this company, please let the rest of us. |

Still no DVD set, but my CC has definitely been charged. I couldn't even find the TvonDvDAddict.com site until I went back & retrieved their last bogus email informing me of a "status change" to now "Awaiting Fulfillment" and used THEIR (above) specific juggling of upper & lowercase letters in the same web address. Which is how I found THIS website, confirming my suspicions. Also noticed this "Pissed Consumer" site was posted only ONE day before I placed my order on May 27th. I still appreciate the "heads up" and will proceed to dispute the charges w/my credit card company, which by the way, I was charged $42.34, after regular S&H. That's $4.25 more than one of the other guys that got ripped off for the same item. These thieves are greedy SOB's on top of being the belly-crawling, Cyber Scum-Scuzz Rats they are!! |

I think Consumer Affairs might be able to help. I have all intentions of either calling them or filing a complaint on their website. Also the Better Business Bureau might be able to assist, not sure. I am going to do anything and everything possible to prosecute these people. This has to stop. |
